2025 Tapestry of Black Voices Awards

  • Virtual Event (Stream Online) (map)

We are excited to announce that Conversations in Color, a nonprofit organization, will be hosting the upcoming "Tapestry of Black Voices Awards."

At Conversations in Color, we are deeply committed to nurturing uplifting conversations and fostering stronger community connections for Black voices. Through the Tapestry of Black Voices Awards, we aim to honor and celebrate these voices within our local communities.

We will begin accepting entries in May and on Juneteenth 2025, we will host a virtual awards show that will serve as a platform to celebrate the remarkable interwoven voices of the Black community across various cities.

In our endeavor to make the Tapestry of Black Voices Awards a resounding success, we invite all Black community stakeholders to join us in this important initiative. There are several ways in which you can contribute and make a meaningful impact:

1. Consider Submitting an Entry: If you or someone you know would like to showcase their unique voice or story with a larger audience, we encourage you to submit an entry. There are seven categories ranging from HBCU/BSU conversations, community issues, Black-Owned spotlights and more!

2. Sponsor the Award Show: By becoming a sponsor of the award show, you will not only be aligning your brand with a worthy cause, but you will also have the opportunity to reach a nationwide audience and demonstrate your commitment to uplifting Black voices. We have created various sponsorship packages to accommodate different levels of involvement, allowing businesses of all sizes to make a meaningful impact.

3. Share the Opportunity: If you are unable to submit an entry or sponsor the award show, you can still play a crucial role by sharing this opportunity with individuals or organizations who might be interested. By spreading the word, you help us reach a wider audience and create more opportunities for Black voices to be celebrated and recognized.
